1. Services & Scope
Client is booking Porchette for seasonal porch styling services as outlined in the selected package. Any additional requests, upgrades, or changes to the original design will be discussed and approved prior to installation.

2. Installation Date & Scheduling
Fall porch installations will take place during the scheduled installation window provided by Porchette. Your installation date is reserved once payment is received. Porchette will contact clients prior to installation with final scheduling details.

3. Payment
Payment is required to reserve your installation. All payments are non-refundable once your design date has been secured and materials have been purchased.

4. Pumpkins & Seasonal Materials
All pumpkins, mums, foliage, and seasonal elements included in your package are selected and styled specifically for your porch. These items are included in your design and remain with the client after installation. Because pumpkins are a natural product, variations in size, color, and longevity are expected.

5. Care & Maintenance
Porchette provides recommendations to help extend the life of your pumpkins and seasonal décor; however, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of natural materials due to weather, sunlight, pests, irrigation, and other environmental factors.

6. Access & Installation Requirements
Client agrees to provide safe and clear access to the porch or entryway on installation day. Surfaces should be clean and ready for styling prior to arrival. If access is unavailable or unsafe, Porchette may need to reschedule the installation.

7. Weather & Rescheduling
Porchette installations are weather dependent. In the event of unsafe conditions, Porchette reserves the right to reschedule installation to the next available date.

8. Design & Styling
Porchette designs are thoughtfully curated based on package selection, seasonal availability, and the overall style of your home. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, exact pumpkins, flowers, foliage, and décor elements may vary based on availability.

9. Photography & Marketing
Porchette may photograph completed installations for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client information and addresses will not be shared. Clients may request to opt out of photography in writing.

10. Cancellation Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of our services and the preparation involved, payments are non-refundable once your installation has been scheduled and materials have been secured.

11. Agreement
By booking Porchette, client agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that seasonal décor is subject to natural variation and environmental conditions.
